RATES and CONDITIONS: Daily rate; $350. May-Sept, otherwise $300. Minimum stay; 3 days (2 full, 2 half due to check in/out times). • Weekly rate; $2,400. May-Sept, otherwise $1,800. • Days during and surrounding Ironman competition, 4th of July and Memorial Day are priced at a higher rate not exceeding an additional $500. per week. • 50% of the rental amount is required to reserve a time period.
